The Work Attitude & Values Enhancement Program
Description:
The way one looks at his or her work affects to a very large extent the behavior and therefore the attitude he or she brings to the workplace. One of the most influential factors affecting workplace attitude and performance is the personal values and personal life of the worker. Closer alignment if not seamless integration of personal life and work life produces a productive, health, enjoyable and a complete life.Through this Program designed especially for individuals who are interested in finding purpose and meaning in their work, participants realize the level of alignment between their workplace values and their personal beliefs and attitudes. Techniques and tools to better understand the relationship between work and personal lives are practiced and discussed to make everyday life more gratifying and agreeable.
