Description:
This Program ensures that the Trainers possess the fundamental competencies in the entire training cycle from training needs Analysis, training design, presentation, accelerated training techniques and training program evaluation. At the end of the Program, the participants produce actual training designs ready for implementation. Simulating all the stages in the training cycle using planned programs enabling participants to handle with proficiency all the requirements of a Trainer, the Program increases the participants’ appreciation of and the confidence to be the most effective Trainers. This Program is especially designed for all training officers and associates, master trainers and human resource supervisors who are tasked to enhance the competencies of the human resource in their organizations.
