A popular management concept, emotional intelligence is a key ingredient in motivating and preparing employees for the achievement of the organization goal as it is the ability to perceive, assess and positively influence one’s own as well as other people’s emotions. A low emotional intelligence saps the energy of employees and affects others besides towards a more negative, useless and sometimes destructive behavior. Our Program focuses on the appreciation of the values of Emotional Intelligence, the various areas and components that make up this competency and the application of the various elements of this competency to productive pursuits. Our Program design enables the participants to asses their current Emotional Quotient or EQ and to come up with action plans to enhance the key competencies for one’s unique EQ development. It uses a combination of fun, interactive, and integrated learning methodologies that enhance individual confidence and encourage experiential learning among the participants.
